Definitions

"We" and "us" mean CO2 Company Canada. "You" means the person or organisation placing the order. "Goods" means the products you have ordered.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. That offer is accepted when we dispatch the goods, and that is when the contract is made. If we cannot supply something you have ordered we will tell you and refund you in full. We may refuse an order where we reasonably believe it breaks the law or is not a genuine consumer purchase.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and are the amount you pay for the goods. Delivery, where it applies, is shown separately at checkout before you pay.

Payment is due in full at checkout and is taken through Stripe or PayPal. We never receive or store your card details.

Returns

Your rights if something is faulty, and our own change of mind policy, are set out on the refunds and returns page and form part of these terms.

Using the products safely

Some products in this range carry operating instructions that are not optional. An ozone machine is run only in a space with no people or animals in it, which is then ventilated before use. The UV lamp is never pointed at skin, eyes, people or animals. A CO2 monitor is a ventilation gauge and not a safety, carbon monoxide or medical device. Those instructions appear on the product pages and form part of these terms.

Your consumer rights

The consumer protection legislation of the province you live in applies to this sale, and the federal Competition Act prohibits false or misleading representations. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes either of them.

Where goods are supplied for the purposes of a business rather than to a consumer, the implied conditions and warranties in the applicable provincial sale of goods legislation are excluded to the extent that legislation allows.

The content of this site is ours or licensed to us and is for your personal use in shopping here. You may not copy it for commercial use. We may change the site and these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it, and the Ontario courts have jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause takes away a consumer's right to bring a claim in the province where they live, or to use its small claims court.
